Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the Nimble Tech parent marketing site at nimbletech.uk. The site is operated by Nimble Tech Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Nothing is sold on the parent site, and no Nimble Tech product is delivered from this domain. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover use of this marketing website only. For terms governing use of an individual Nimble Tech product, see the terms of service on that product's site. The live one today is bundleright.co.uk/terms.html.
1. Who We Are
The Nimble Tech parent site is provided by Nimble Tech Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16203504), with its registered office at 67 Plimsoll Road, London, N4 2EB, United Kingdom. You can contact us through our contact form.
2. The Service
The Nimble Tech parent site is a public marketing site. It describes what we do, lists the products we have built, and offers two forms (an ideas form and a contact form) for visitors who want to get in touch. There is no log-in, no account, and no paid service on this domain.
The site is offered on an "as is, as available" basis. We may add, change, or remove pages and sections at any time.
3. Who Can Use the Site
The site is open to the public. By submitting either form, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that the information you submit is your own or that you have authority to send it on behalf of someone else.
4. Licence Keys and Access
Not applicable to this site. The parent site does not issue licence keys and does not give access to any Nimble Tech product. Licence keys for individual products are governed by the terms of service published on each product's site.
5. Credits, Pricing, and Payment
Not applicable to this site. The parent site does not sell credits and does not take payment. The Nimble Pass and per-product pricing are described and governed by each product's own terms of service.
6. Refunds
Not applicable to this site. The parent site does not take payment, so there is nothing to refund. Refund policies for individual products are set out in the relevant product's terms of service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this site to:
- Submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware or harmful code
- Submit personal data about other people that you do not have a lawful basis to share with us
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site, or attempt to bypass any rate-limiting or spam protection
- Send automated traffic, scrape the site, or use the forms to send bulk or unsolicited messages
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation
8. Your Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal data submitted through this site is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Data Protection Roles
For the personal data you submit through the ideas form or the contact form, Nimble Tech Ltd is the data controller. Netlify, which receives the form submissions on our behalf, acts as our processor. Our sub-processors are listed at sub-processors.
10. Confidentiality
Messages you send us through the contact form or by email are treated as confidential to us, but they are not legally privileged. Please do not send us anything you would not want a small team at Nimble Tech to read. If you need to send something sensitive, contact us first and we will arrange a secure channel.
11. Intellectual Property
The Nimble Tech site, including its text, design, layout, and the "Nimble Tech" name and marks, is owned by Nimble Tech Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and link to the site for personal and professional use. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the site or substantial parts of it without our written consent, except for fair-dealing uses such as journalism and review.
You retain all rights in the ideas and content you send us through a form. By sending us an idea, you allow us to read it, think about it, and reply to you. You do not transfer ownership of the idea, and we do not claim any right to build it or to prevent you from building it yourself or pursuing it with someone else.
12. Service Availability
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our reasonable control. There is no contractual uptime commitment for this marketing site.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
The content on this site is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice. While we take care over what we publish, we do not warrant that every page is free from error or fully up to date at any given moment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including any implied warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law
Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of this site, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, is limited to £100. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or wasted management time.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your breach of these terms, your use of the site in violation of applicable law, or your submission of material you did not have the right to submit.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the site at any time by closing your browser. We may restrict or block access to the site, or remove specific submissions, where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the site, except that we may bring proceedings to protect our intellectual property rights in any jurisdiction in which you are located or do business.
19. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement: These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the use of this site.
- No third-party rights: A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce them.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, with notice to you.
- Severability: If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
